I hate packing
alot, which is why i am currently blogging
West Country folk have opinions too.
Sunday is the big day. The last day Jo and I occupy our house, actually Jo's not been here for a week or so.
There's not a lot better than a good storm after a hot and muggy few days. Don't know about anywhere else, but in New Haw we had a cracker. Thunder and Lightning, my drive was even flooded up to the door step. What fun, and now it's nice and cool.
Thought i'd let you know how the interview went. Well it was ok, got off to a shaky start, had to write about the various legislation and guidelines relevant to residential care work, of which i know very little. But then the rest went well.
Fair play it's easy to store up a whole heap of crap in your house.
For those of you that don't know, Jo and I are leaving the fair town of New Gay/Haw.
My birthday is coming up (this isn't a hint but my birthdays on the 25th and my address is...) and my mum is asking what i want. Well i think i've turned into my dad. When we were kids we would ask what he wanted for his birthday, he'd either say "nothing save your money" or "i'd like a Ferrari please". Though i have not reached the stage of asking for performance cars, i do seem to only be able to think of too expensive things or nothing at all. It's worked in the past as i got a beautiful espresso machine and a few other bits and pieces but it's not good really, but then i guess why fight it. I've got expensive taste, its who i am.
Just back from our anniversary weekend. We had a lovely time, went to Thorpe Park on thursday which was great (not as good as Alton Towers though, i think they should charge less for it). Then went to Devon camping. Lovely.
Tomorrow, Jo and i will have been married for 4 years.
Football or tennis. That is the question.
Sorry its been a while since the last post, been busy and kinda got out of the habit. You might argue I never really got into the habit, but there you go. Well a bit of good news from me. I recently applied for a job as a residential care worker, and I've just been given an interview date, so chuffed about that. The interview's on the 24th of July, if you wouldn't mind, then your prayers would be most welcome.
